2024 Sign Up Forms Checklist

The Items Outlined below MUST be Submitted Prior to 2-1-2024

□  Hunter Safety

o  If you have hunter safety, provide your ID number on the "Member and Gun Information Form" when registering

o  If you DO NOT have hunter safety, please visit http://outdoornebraska.gov/huntereducation/ and complete as required by state regulations. Once completed, please indicate your ID number on the "Member and Gun Information Form" when registering

□  4-H  Registration

o  All Louisville 4H shooters are required to be registered with Nebraska 4H

o  Please visit www.4h.unl.edu/enroll to either renew an existing registration or become a new 4H member

o  All volunteers must also be registered with 4H. If you'd like to help our team, please visit the 4H link above

□  Complete the Team Application form listed under the "2024 Registration Forms" tab

□  Complete the Code of Conduct form listed under the "2024 Registration Forms" tab

□  Complete the Range Safety and Team Rules form listed under the "2024 Registration Forms" tab

□  TeamSnap APP downloaded to receive all team communications / www.teamsnap.com

□  Payment as required for each Junior/Senior Shooter
