Sign-Up Checklist

All items below MUST be completed by February 1.
Shooters missing any requirement will not be allowed to practice.
Participation may be allowed only if an alternative plan is approved by the Head Coach.

Required Steps:

1. Hunter Safety Certification

   • Must be completed by March 1

   • Recommended: In-person course

   • Optional: Online course available anytime (requires 2-hour Hunt Safe Session in person upon completion)

   • Certificate issued only after in person Hunt Safe Session is complete

   • Inform Head Coach of your Hunter ID number when done

   • Visit Nebraska Game and Parks Outdoor Education website HERE

2. Download TeamSnap App

   • Required for all shooters and at least one parent

   • Download TeamSnap on your PC HERE, or visit the App Store on your mobile device

3. Complete Team Forms

   • Get contacted by a coach form HERE 

     • This form is for potential new shooters seeking team information ONLY!

   • Registration Form HERE

   • Code of Conduct Form HERE

   • Range Safety & Team Rules Form HERE

4. Online 4-H Registration

   • Register HERE

     • Contact Cass County 4H Extension Office for Support

     • Ensure you are selecting "Shooting/Shotgun Sports" and also selecting "Louisville 4H Trap Club"

5. Pay Administrative Fee

   • $75 nonrefundable (Check or Venmo preferred)

   • Covers food for meets, website fees, TeamSnap fees, trailer licensing, and other team expenses
